It is designed to build your confidence and skill base to lead successful change in your school context, to optimise impact and ultimately improve outcomes for students.</p><p>You will increase your understanding of the conditions, sustaining factors and formulas for change in the school environment, which will enable you to:</p><ul><li> <span style="line-height:1.3;">anticipate challenges and plan to ensure change succeeds</span><br></li><li> <span style="line-height:1.3;">attend to all necessary requirements for implementing change in schools</span><br></li><li> <span style="line-height:1.3;">reflect on your unique context and what specific barriers or enablers are present in your workplace</span><br></li><li> <span style="line-height:1.3;">identify how, as a leader, you can overcome barriers and optimise enablers to change.</span><br></li></ul><h2>About the Facilitator</h2><p>Dr Sue Perillo is a Senior Consultant at Pinnacle Group Australia, <img src="/Assets/Speakers/Sue-Perillo.jpg" align="right" alt="" style="margin:5px;width:150px;height:176px;" />predominantly working with a variety of government departments to develop leaders and teams.</p><p>Sue is also an accredited executive and leadership coach and has worked as a psychologist specialising in culture and change, leadership and people development. For nearly two decades, Sue performed various teaching and leadership roles in schools. Her research and insights into professional practice have been published globally in journals and industry publications.</p><p>Her interdisciplinary expertise, spanning Psychology, Education and Management, positions her to apply a distinctive skill set when creating high impact learning experiences.
