Know how to leverage short-cycle formative assessment as a tutor in 2021.

In 2021, tutors across Victoria will need the knowledge and skills to continually assess and respond to student learning. This will involve gathering evidence of student understanding and making real-time decisions about what to do next.

During this 1-hour webinar, you will explore the evidence base for explicit instruction and short-cycle formative assessment. Through practical examples, highly specific formative assessment techniques will be explained and described.

You will receive a teacher-friendly resource that captures the techniques and ideas presented in the webinar. An opportunity for question and answer will be provided.

This webinar is part of the Tutor Learning Initiative Webinar Series.

Designed for principals and their leadership teams, or other educators with responsibility for implementing the Tutor Learning Initiative in their school.
