This module provides an overview of procurement policies, process and risk within the school environment supporting you to manage your school’s purchasing activities.

Procurement is the process of engaging with suppliers to provide goods and services. Done correctly, procurement can help your school to achieve its objectives.

Module 11 in the Strategic Management for School Leaders suite supports the Department of Education and Training's commitment to the public sector values of integrity, accountability, respect, leadership, impartiality and responsiveness across the organisation.

2-hour workshop developed by the Schools Procurement Branch with both online and face-to-face delivery options.
