Leading School Improvement

Great schools regularly evaluate their progress, reflect on the performance outcomes of their students and make plans for improvement. The Leading School Improvement course will assist school teams to drive evidence-based improvement strategies in their school.

Career Stage

This course is for principals and vertical school teams who are ready to lead a significant improvement project in their school.

Vertical school teams of up to four people should include the principal, assistant principal, leading teacher and classroom teacher. The vertical school team is designed to extend the learning across the school.
