Leading Learning in Early Childhood Settings

The course is designed to build and enhance effective learning and pedagogy in order to improve educational outcomes for children from birth to eight. It focusses on the role of the educational leader and provides participants with the knowledge and skills to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs, and to facilitate and support change by leading and developing other educators in their settings.


Career Stage

The course is designed for educational leaders who use the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework in their daily practice and have responsibility for leading the educational programming and practice under the National Quality Standards in their settings.

Whilst priority will be given to applicants who are educational leaders in their service/setting. Applications from other early childhood professionals with educational leadership responsibilities may also be considered.​
