Each webinar provides practical tools and techniques to help you manage this next transition and the uncertainty it brings with it.

Participants will also hear from David Howes, Deputy Secretary, Schools and Regional Services and colleagues will share their experiences, contexts, and leadership through the transition back to school.

The transition phase of change is difficult for most of us, particularly when that change concerns our health, wellbeing and finances. COVID-19 has impacted all three of these (and other areas of life) for a large number of people in our communities including school staff, students and parents.

In this webinar you will deepen your knowledge of how a stressful and ambiguous environment can impact the way people think, feel and act. It will also include practical tools and techniques to help you enhance your capacity to demonstrate empathy and positively influence the way people are thinking and feeling.
