Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges we face day to day. By better managing emotions, building more positive relationships with others and using your strengths to be more resilient, you can boost your protective factors.

This webinar explores 5 ways to be more resilient, including dealing with unhealthy stress, managing negative emotions, keeping perspective, maintaining positive and healthy relationships under pressure, and having a good work/life balance.

  • explore the 5 keys to resilience
  • discover your personal resiliency assets and how these can be enhanced
  • develop practical strategies to build increased resilience in yourself and others.
